This two-story, spacious 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom home has hardwood floors, a large open floor plan with a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, brand new appliances, a comfortable great room with vaulted ceiling and wood burning fireplace, stereo & television with DVD, and a beautiful new dining room table that can seat up to eight.

Enjoy the convenience of being right on the mountain and not having to get in your car to enjoy all of the wonderful activities at the resort. A easy 7 minute walk takes you to the lift and village.

A new run just behind the unit makes this ski in ski out unit even better. 

Enjoy the spectacular views from the living room or outside on our huge balcony with patio furniture and gas grill. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Downstairs is fully carpeted with the second bedroom (queen size bed), and third bedroom (with two double beds), and an additional full bathroom with shower and bath tub. A washer and dryer and parking for two cars, one in a covered carport, and a "mud room" to store all of your ski equipment are just a few of the many conveniences offered in this comfortable vacation rental. This is the perfect spot for your family’s mountain getaway this ski season. We strive to be your best value on the mountain.

The Durango Resort is located in southern Colorado in the breathtaking San Juan Mountains. Imagine you and your family at 9000 feet elevation, enjoying world famous skiing and mountain biking at this hikers paradise. Rock climbing, fishing, white water rafting, and the famous Durango-Silverton Railroad. We’re located just 30 minutes north of the town of Durango with its wonderful restaurants and great shopping.
