All the private homes/cabins are about 20 minutes north from downtown Durango near Electra Lake and 12 minutes south of Durango Mountain Resort. All the condos/townhomes listed on the site are right in the village of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) which is about 25 minutes north of downtown Durango in the heart of the mountains.

Cascade Condo is 2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort with a free shuttle to the slopes.
