This wonderful mountain home just came on the rental market and is only 12 minutes south of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) and about 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Plus a 5 minute drive takes you to one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the area where the fishing is great and the views fantastic!!(See picture of Electra Lake)

Upon entering, you'll be amazed with the comfort and space this warm and inviting mountain home has to offer. With over 3,000 sg ft and a beautiful acre lot there is plenty of room for family and friends.

The fully supplied kitchen offers natural wood accents and is part of an open floor plan with spacious dining area and intimate living room. You will fall in love with the floor to ceiling windows offering beautiful views of the cliffs in the back and front yards. The huge moss rock fireplace provides a cozy place to watch the snow fall during winters evenings or just to take the chill off during our beautiful autumn season.

In summer enjoy dinging on the back deck just off the kitchen area. The large acre lots provides lots of room for kids to play.

In addition to the spacious great room, there is a loft family room with comfy couches and a wonderful cozy place to watch T.V.

Perfect for big families, this home has two private master suites Each has its own attached bath on the second floor. One bedroom enjoys a roomy king sized bed and the other a comfortable queen bed.

Two more guest rooms on main level with another bath rounds out the comfortable sleeping arrangement for your family/friends. (One has a queen bed and the other a double bed.)

The large finished walk out basement provides a great place for the children. Yet another sitting area on this level with a second TV.provides another option for family fun.

Prices above do not include 6.8% sales tax, $150 cleaning fee, and fully refundable security deposit of $300. Cancellations made 46 or more days prior to arrival date are fully refundable minus a $100 handling fee (61 days for Christmas season). Rental fees for cancellations made within 45 days(60 days at Christmas season) of arrival date are non refundable. (Sales tax, cleaning fee and security deposits are refundable regardless of cancellation date.)
