With over 2800 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites & guest suite with 4 1/2 baths, The Antlers III Townhome at Elkpoint is one of the exquisite townhomes built directly on one of the best locations at the resort. It is one of the most luxurious homes that Durango Mountain Resort has to offer and you can save hundreds of dollars by renting directly from the owners.

The owners have arranged for their guests to have access to two private clubs. These are restricted and one is just out your front door. There you may enjoy an outdoor hot tub, BBQ area, private lounge/bar and internet access.

Just a 5 minute walk takes to the brand newly built
"The Club" located in the new lodge. Here you can enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool with water slide, another outdoor hot tub, spacious workout facilities and day spa.  After an exhilerating day of mountain fun enjoy a soak or massage and then head upstairs to the new Purgys for a snack and watch the skiers come down the mountain. Or simply soak up the sunshine in front of the fire pit.

In summer, have lunch near the pool or enjoy tennis in your mountain paradise!

This townhome is beautifully appointed with granite and marble , 2 fireplaces, jetted tub, and views to die for. The mountain location is an easy 25 minutes to the historic western town of Durango where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and the famous Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train. It is the perfect place in the perfect location for summer and winter fun.

Step into this spacious tri-level home and the full wall of windows facing the mountains will entrance you. The better to snuggle in front of the living room fire to watch the snow fall in this winter wonderland. Enjoy family dinners in the gourmet, fully supplied kitchen and tastefully appointed dining room as you watch the fire or the big game on the T.V.  This is truly one of the highest quality units in furnishing and amentities on the mountain!!

The main level master suite (one of two) boasts a king bed with T.V., walk in closet and romantic fireplace. The luxurious adjoining travertine/glass block bath offers a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Walk out to your private balcony to enjoy the mountain views.

This main level also provides a powder room and washer/dryer for family convenience.

Step up to upper level and you check your email or catch up on office work ( only if you must!!) in the convenient office/loft area with wifi internet.

Down the hall is the second master suite with another king bed and beautifully tiled attached bath with double sinks and walk in shower plus a tub. You will delight in incredible mountain views as you step out onto the  private balcony.

Also on this level is the third bedroom with twin beds - great for kids!.  This bedroom shares the third full bath with the office/den area.

The versatile downstairs fourth bedroom/guest suite with a queen sofabed, entertainment center and game table is perfect for a kids' or teens' getaway and enjoys its own full bath and patio. State of the art in-floor heating keeps you warm and comfy. The option of a comfy air bed and two twin rollaways provides sleeping options for 12.

You may enter this level directly from the oversized one car garage where there is plenty of room for skis, bikes and other "toys".

By the way this home is right next door to its sister, The Durango Slopesdie Townhome with 5 bedrooms- which makes these two adjoining units perfect for larger families.

This great location allows you to walk out your front door and join in all the fun, shopping and dining that the resort has to offer. Then come home and soak under the stars in the hot tub.

Prices above do not include 6.8% sales tax, 8 % resort fee, $200 exit cleaning fee, and fully refundable security deposit of $500. Cancellations made 46 or more days prior to arrival date are fully refundable minus a $100 handling fee (61 days for Christmas season/Spring Break). Rental fees for cancellations made within 45 days (61 days at Christmas season/Spring Break ) of arrival date are non refundable. (Taxes, cleaning fee and security deposits are refundable regardless of cancellation date.)
