These stone and timber mountain homes are brand new and offer all the amenities you would expect: two cozy fireplaces, balconys with beautiful mountain views,outdoor decks for BBQing and dining, jetted tubs,granite countertops,wifi, washer/dryer etc.

Family meals are a joy to prepare and enjoy in this well appointed kitchen and the open floor plan means you can see and enjoy the fireplace from the kitchen and dining room as well as the living room. Just sit back and relax and watch the game with friends/family

The master bedroom with it's king size bed is the perfect place to end your day after a relaxing bath in your jetted tub. Or cozy up to the master bedroom's fireplace in its own sitting area. The balcony off the this bedroom offers incredible mountain views. You may not want to leave!!

The second bedroom with two twin beds shares a bath with tile tub/shower combo with the guest room. The guest room is a great place for the kids.! -
A short walk away is a wonderful gazebo area with a fire pit for outdoor campfires and BBQ area. Of course your town home has its own deck and BBQ for private dining with mountain views.

Prices above do not include 6.8% sales tax,  8% resort fee, $125 cleaning fee, and fully refundable security deposit of $300. Cancellations made 46 or more days prior to arrival date are fully refundable minus a $100 handling fee (61 days for Christmas season & spring break). Rental fees for cancellations made within 45 days(60 days at Christmas season and spring break ) of arrival date are non refundable. (Sales tax,resort tax, cleaning fee and security deposits are refundable regardless of cancellation date.)
