Durango Mountain Resort is getting better and better with millions of dollars in renovations! However, there are just a few properties that have the location, amenities AND reasonable prices.

This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is one of them.

Walk out your door and in 5 minutes you are on the ski slopes or in the beautiful mountain village where restaurants, shops, almost any type of outdoor activity is available or near by. Whether it is skiing, snowboarding or snowmobiling in winter or hiking, mountain biking, alpine sliding in the summer - the location is perfect.

The living room offers a wood stove with glass front to snuggle up to in the winter. It is part of the dining/kitchen/living area "great room".

The master bed room enjoys , a queen bed and attached bath with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a set of bunks with queen on bottom and double on top. Perfect for the kids! Another sofa bed in the living room provides more sleeping options.

What could be finer than sitting in the steaming hot tub after an exhilarating day skiing?? Since this is a small complex you don't have the crowds in the communal hot tub that you might have with other properties.

But even better, this one of the few units on the mountain that allow you to use the restricted "private club" in the village.  The kids will love the outdoor heated swimming pool with small water slide in winter or summer.  The outdoor hot tubs means you can soak under the stars! Staying in shape is easy in the state of the art fitness center.

Mom will love the day spa!

However, the best thing is you don't even have to use your car. In addition to being a 5 minute walk to the slopes there is a free shuttle service to take you the various activity and dining site throughout the mountain area.

In the summer, the area comes alive with music festivals, incredible hiking, biking, fishing etc. You are just 12 minutes from one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Colorado. You can hike out your font door all the way to Denver on the Colorado Trail if so desired. A summers kids camp allows the youngsters to enjoy structured activities giving the adults an option to enjoy the days to themselves

You will be hard pressed to find a cuter accommodation at this price at this location!!

Prices above do not include 6.8% sales tax, $120 cleaning fee, 8% resort tax and fully refundable security deposit of $200. Cancellations made 46 or more days prior to arrival date are fully refundable minus a $75 handling fee (61 days for Christmas season and Spring Break). Rental fees for cancellations made within 45 days (60 days at Christmas season) of arrival date are non refundable. (Sales tax, cleaning fee and security deposits are refundable regardless of cancellation date.)
