About Us

"Mac" and Kimberly Mackey bring over 30 years professional management, building and maintenance experience to our customers.  Retired from U.S. Steel engineering department, Mac has been building custom homes in the area and started a hot tub servicing company while teaching skiing at Durango Mountain Resort. He brings a level of knowledge and expertise  way above most companies.  Kimberly has been managing properties in the area for over 11 years since moving to Durango and leaving a vice presidentency of  a large healthcare corporation .   Since Mac and Kimberly Mackey live and work in the north county area of Durango, they offer insights to the area that will improve your rental income and or provide the most cost effective maintenance services.
